Menahem Abecassis
One of the founders of the Hygiene Commission of Tangier, in 1884. Member of the Israeli Community Committee of Tangier, in 1907. Succeeded his father in the USA legation. One of the contributors in "Kerem Hemer" edition (see notes about his father). Menahem M. Abecassis died in 8/1/1918 in Tangier. |
